This is a quick and easy meal, great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! So many days I couldn’t eat a thing in the first trimester nausea- this was one simple way to get great nutrition in an easy form!

2 cups of non-dairy milk

2 Tbsp. chia seeds

1/2 c of berries (frozen)

A big handful of spinach

1 banana

1 scoop of protein powder or integral collagen

Blend and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
