We have the “best meatball recipe” shared with us by Leah Hall. She is a current student of our founder Donna Ryan. They are just finishing up their Comprehensive 10-week class. Leah shared the meatballs with Donna and she cut them up and put them in her veggie soup. They were a hit! “Absolutely delicious!”

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan


  • Combine all ingredients and roll into 2” balls.
  • Brown in a skillet on medium heat.
  • Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
