What to Eat Wednesday- Healthy Pancake Recipe

1 egg

1 c. whole wheat flour

¾ c. milk

1 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

3 tsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt butter

Cinnamon (optional)

Chopped walnuts (optional)

1) Mix liquids together first. Beat in remaining ingredients except butter until smooth.

2) Heat skillet over medium heat and grease with butter.

3) Pour ¼ cup batter onto skillet. Cook until puffed and dry around the edge and flip.
