Food & Fitness: A Program for the Childbearing Year


Being healthy and low-risk will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy, birth, and recover more quickly postpartum. Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. You will learn the how-tos in class and build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. Read the workbook cover to cover, or use it as a reference. Class time approximately 3 hours. Once purchased, you will have 3 months of access.

Here’s how to get started:

  3. If you ordered a Field Manual, it will be mailed to you within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail to the address included on the registration form.

Our shorter classes, including the Out-of-Hospital Birth Class, Hospital Birth Class, Comfort Measures for Birth Class, Homecoming: Life With a New Recruit, and Food & Fitness for the Childbearing Year, are pulled from our original, 10 session Comprehensive Birth Class. We are thrilled to offer them as an option for busy families who know what they need and what they don’t need. Because the video was pulled from the longer series, there may be occasion where the presenters refer to information not covered in the shorter class. If you prefer an online class that covers all aspects of your birth education, we encourage you to choose the 10 session Comprehensive Birth Class.
