Instant Pot Salsa Chicken

By October 10, 2018No Comments

This week’s What to Eat Wednesday is a simple Instant Pot recipe that will get dinner on your table quick! Caren Nugent, one of our Birth Boot Camp Instructors teaching in southwest Arlington, TX  loves this recipe because it is so simple. She suggested switching this recipe up by changing out the salsa for spaghetti sauce to create a simple Italian dish. Two ways to prepare one recipe!

Instant Pot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

4 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 jar of On the Border Salsa

Directions

Put chicken and salsa in instant pot. Set the timer for 15 minutes. Natural pressure release. Shred and use for tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, etc. This can also be made spaghetti sauce instead of the salsa to create simple Italian dish.
