This week’s What to Eat Wednesday is a simple Instant Pot recipe that will get dinner on your table quick! Caren Nugent, one of our Birth Boot Camp Instructors teaching in southwest Arlington, TX loves this recipe because it is so simple. She suggested switching this recipe up by changing out the salsa for spaghetti sauce to create a simple Italian dish. Two ways to prepare one recipe!
