Birth Boot Camp Postpartum Meal: Mississippi Roast

Our recipe today was a favorite from one of our Birth Boot Camp Postpartum DOULAS. It’s a hardy and delicious Mississippi Roast. Not only does this protein-filled recipe (perfect for pregnancy too!) take less than 30 minutes to prep, but you can just throw it all in the slow cooker and walk away. Add a side salad and some steamed vegetables and you’ll have the perfect meal.

Yummy!
